1. Agreement To Our Legal Terms

We are Masa wa Mansour Internet Content Provider (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”).

We operate the website http://masawamansour.com (the “Site”), the mobile application Masa wa Mansour Arabic Games For Kids (the “App”), as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms.

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our app and services. By accessing or using the app, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the app.

2. Subscription and Renewal

a. Subscription Basis: Masa wa Mansour operates on a subscription basis. Users can choose from various subscription plans, each providing access to different features and content within the app.
b. Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You will be charged for the renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period at the rate of your chosen subscription plan.
c. Free Trial: We may offer a free trial subscription for the service. Unless you cancel before the end of your free trial, you will be automatically charged a price indicated on the payment screen for a chosen subscription period.
d. Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your app store settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the app’s content until the end of the current subscription period. No refunds will be provided for the remaining period of the subscription.
e. Refunds: All app subscription sales are final and non-refundable.
f. Fee Changes: We may, from time to time, make changes to the subscription fee and will communicate any price changes to you in accordance with applicable law.

3. Account Creation and Parental Consent 

a. Eligibility: By creating an account, you confirm you are a parent or legal guardian using our services on behalf of a child. If you are using the app on behalf of a minor, you agree to supervise their use and ensure compliance with these terms.
b. Parental Consent and Verification: By registering, you represent that you are a parent or guardian and that any personal information provided (such as name or email) belongs to you. We may use reasonable methods to verify parental consent, such as email confirmation, verification of payment credentials, or other legally acceptable means, before collecting or using any information. Parents may withdraw their consent at any time by contacting us at marhaba@masawamansour.com

c. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Use of the App

a. Use: Masa wa Mansour grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable access to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.
b. Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Copying, modifying, or distributing any part of the app without our prior written consent.

• Using the app for any unlawful purpose.

• Attempting to disrupt or interfere with the app’s operation.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

a. Ownership: All content available on the app, including narratives, text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Masa wa Mansour or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
b. User Content: Any content you submit to the app, including feedback and suggestions, becomes the property of Masa wa Mansour. We reserve the right to use, modify, and distribute such content without any obligation to you. When you communicate with us electronically, you consent to receive communications from us electronically.
c. App Upgrades: The version of the App may be upgraded from time to time to add support for new functions and services.

6. Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy detailed below. By using the app, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in this Privacy Policy.

6.1 Information We Collect

a. Personal Information: When you create an account or subscribe to our services, we may collect personal information such as your name, email address, payment information, and other contact details.
b. Child Information: We do not collect personal information directly from children. However, we may collect information about the child user, such as their age and learning preferences, as provided by the parent or guardian.
c. Usage Data: We automatically collect information about your interaction with the app, such as how often features are used or games are played. This helps us improve our services and provide a better user experience.
We do not collect any advertising identifiers, nor do we track users across apps or websites. All analytics data is anonymous and not linked to individual users.
d. Device Information: We collect device data, such as the device type (e.g., phone or tablet) and operating system (e.g., iOS or Android), to ensure compatibility, optimize performance, and deliver the correct version of the app.

In-App Notifications: 

The app may display limited in-app messages such as time-limit reminders that appear within a parent-locked context. These messages are purely functional, are not based on personal data, and not include advertising or promotional content. All other notifications, including updated or announcements, are directed exclusively to parents. 

7. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date, including if we integrate additional third-party services. Your continued use of the app after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

Masa wa Mansour is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the app. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the app is limited to the amount you paid, if any, for accessing the app during the subscription period.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the app. Your continued use of the app after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
