Damaged or Defective Items:

Return Period:

Faulty items must be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process:

To start a return for a faulty item, please contact us at marhaba@masawamansour.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Shipping: 

Please return the product in its original packaging with all its contents. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds: 

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. The refund will be credited to your original payment method, depending on your bank's policy.
